Obituary

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that our Zachary LeGrand Retter, 51, has passed away of natural causes. He died peacefully in his home on November 10, 2022

Best said by his older brother Scot, "Not enough words can describe what he meant to everyone. A great and caring son, brother, cousin, nephew, teammate, uncle, veteran, in-law, and friend. A Legend and Warrior in everyone's eyes. The lifeline to our family get-togethers, parties, and good times".

Zach was a very loving, fun-hearted soul who never met a stranger. Those who knew him were loved by him. He loved life and always treated everyone like family.

He was a 1989 Graduate of Northeastern High School, where he excelled in athletics.  Zach was a former employee of the Richmond State Hospital for over 25 years.
