William Robert "Billy" Thomas 61 of Richmond died July 21, 2020 at Golden Living Center, Golden Rule. He was born July 3, 1959 in Richmond to William C. and Bessie Chappell Thomas and lived here all his life.

Survivors include his father, four sisters Betty Ann Skaggs, Roseanna Murray, Vickie Morris, and Sandra Kay McCoy, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother.
