Wathalene M. Rasner, 88, of Richmond, went to Heaven on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Rosebud Village in Richmond.  She was born on October 27, 1936, to the late Vernon and Ola Irene (Cox) Mullins in Richmond, IN.

She enjoyed gardening and flowers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 2 sons, Chuck and Rob Thomas; 3 siblings, Denver Mullins, Linda Brown, and Sharon Robinson.

She is survived by her children, Paula (Joe) Lucas, Dan (Veronica) Thomas; daughter-in-law, Kitty Thomas; grandchildren, Samantha Lucas, Dan Jr. (Marky) Thomas, Chuck II (Heide) Thomas, Brian (Ashley) Thomas, Lauren (Alex) Hulen, Joey Lucas, Derricka (Jared) Holloway and Lindsey (Dave) Martin; great grandchildren, David Anthony, Keegan, DJ, Dan III, Grady, Audrey, Ben, Abel, Allison, Lillie, Andrew, Paige, Avery and Harvey; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no public services.
