Victoria Jo Foley (Isenhart), affectionately known by many as Vicki Jo, passed away on July 12, 2014, in Richmond, Indiana at age 76. Born on February 20, 1948, in Richmond, she was cherished by her family and friends. She has been known for the multitudes of titles she held throughout her life. Her given name is Victoria Jo. Her sister called her "Gick" when she was younger. Her family calls her Vicki Jo which is spoken in one syllable. Lots of friends call her "Vic". She is Mom to her two children and her final and most treasured title is Nanny. Her happiest times were watching her grandbabies all together.
Vicki Jo graduated from Richmond High School and later attended Purdue University. She was a longtime St. Mary's Catholic Church member in Richmond IN.
She had a fierce personality, she loved hard and those around her knew they were loved. She was an avid reader. She loved her plants and flowers in the spring and summer She enjoyed bird watching and the variety of wildlife in her backyard. Her favorite pastimes were watching her grandchildren pursue their passions.
Vicki Jo is survived by her husband of 58 years, Mike Foley; her sister, Barb Beres; her children, Jeff Foley and his wife Kristin, and their children, Connor, Ellie, and Ava, and Jeni Weaver, her husband Kevin, and their children, Zach, Ben, Cooper, and Rylee. She also leaves behind her sister-in-law, Sonja Isenhart, and her children, Zach, Bryson, and Emily Isenhart; her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Kris Foley, and their children, Jon Foley, his wife Pam, and their children, Colin and Makenna; Ellen Liebert, her husband Benjamin, and their children, Graham and Kate; and Sara Schroder, her husband Mike, and their children, Ella, Jack, and Luke.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Mae Isenhart, and her brother, Scott Isenhart.
The memorial services will be Thursday, July 18. The calling will be held at Stegall, Berheide & Orr in Richmond IN, beginning at 10:30 am, there will be a mass following at St. Mary's Catholic Church beginning at 1:00 pm, and a burial directly after the mass. A reception for friends and family will be at the home of Mike Foley after the burial is concluded. Memorial contributions may be given to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation at t2t.org. Online condolences may be shared with the family via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com.
