Timothy James Lee Roark, 66, of Richmond, passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2026, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.

He was born February 27, 1960, in Richmond to James Lee and Virginia Doris Wicker Roark, and lived here most of his life.

Timothy was a Tech Sergeant in the United States Air Force; he was stationed at NORAD, in Panama, and at the Pentagon, where he worked as a telecommunications operator.

He worked at WCTV in his early years and as a photographer; he retired from Mondel­ēz Nabisco, where he worked in distribution.

He is survived by his four sons, Robert (Jennifer Kmiec) Roark, Nickolas(Caitlin) Roark, Joseph (Zoie) Roark, Zachary Roark, six grandchildren, one brother, Christopher Brian Roark,  aunts, uncles, and several cousins.

Timothy is preceded in death by his parents.
