Teresa Darlene Osborne, 73, of Richmond died January 4, 2025, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born September 17, 1951, in Hamilton, Ohio to Arla and Margaret Harris Angel and lived in Richmond most of her life. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two children Dennis Webb and  Denise Webb, four grandchildren Dylan Deilkes, Drew Deilkes, Haley Cole, and Jacob Webb, three great-grandchildren, and four sisters Robin Van Winkle, Pam Isaacs, Charlene Lewis, and  Arlene Thompson nieces and nephews, her dogs Max and precious baby Daisy May. She is preceded in death by her husband Bill, one son Danny Webb, her parents, and one sister Carolyn Niehoff.
