Shirley Sue Loudy 74 of Richmond died August 5, 2023, at her home with her family by her side. She was born August 15, 1948, in East Bernstadt, Kentucky to James Edward and Ruddell Houston Lee and lived here most of her life. She formerly worked at PRC. Her faith in God was unwavering.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years Fred, one son Fred Loudy Jr. and one daughter Lora Kay (Robert) Creech. seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Her burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 P.m. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
