Sally A. Harbin 79 of Richmond died suddenly on July 2, 2021, at her home. she was born December 13, 1941, in Richmond to Carl M. and Lucille Leonard Harbin.

Sally is survived by three sisters Carole (Dan) Burtt, Nancy (Jay) Lees, and Bonnie (Jim) Dykes, one brother David (Linda) Harbin, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
