Sakhone Vorachack, 58, of Richmond, passed away on April 24, 2026. He was born on June 25, 1967, in Vientiane, Laos, to Khamphanh and Somboun Vorachack. Sakhone came to this country and settled in St. Louis, Missouri. He then met his wife, Bounpanh, and moved to Richmond, Indiana, where he built a life centered around family, love, and laughter. He was employed at Suncall America.

Sakhone is survived by his loving mother, Somboun Vorachack; his devoted wife of 35 years, Bounpanh Vorachack; and his two sons, Sulivong Eric (Cesar Edgar) Vorachack-Araiza and Kongpavanh Nicholas Vorachack. He is also survived by his five siblings.

He was preceded in death by his father, Khamphanh Vorachack.

A Buddhist liturgy will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, with cremation to follow. The family will be hosting loved ones at their home following the cremation.
