Ruth Marie Leffel 82 of Centerville went to be with the Lord with her by her family by her side on February 22, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1943 in Richmond to Charles and Ima Isenhower Pardon an lived here all her life. She was a homemaker and pastor's wife. Ruth was a member of the First Southern Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of Richmond Senior High School.

Ruth is survived by her children John (Pam) Leffel of Richmond, Dan (Tammy) Leffel of Centerville, Kim (Mike) Vickers of Farmland, nine grandchidren, five great-grandchildren and her pet dog Dixie. Her husband of 51 years Rev. David Leffel died in 2013, she is also preceded in death by her parents and her sister Barbara Ponder.

Funeral services for Ruth will be at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday February 26, 2026 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Duane Smith with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
