Roy E. Gabbard III 62 of Richmond died September 6, 2020, at Harbor Manor Health Center in Noblesville. He was born June 18, 1959, in Richmond to Roy E. Gabbard Jr. and Anna Holloway Sharp, and lived here all his life. He worked in building maintenance.

Roy is survived by his two children Brian and Sarah, two grandchildren Dionte and McKenzie his mother, his brothers and sisters Deborah Gabbard, Roger Lee Gabbard, Donita Gabbard, Randy Gabbard, and Modena Tutt, nieces and nephews, and his longtime girlfriend Michelle Hurry. He is preceded in death by his father.
