Ronald Edward Stolle 70 of Richmond died August 4, 2023, at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. He was born January 8, 1953, in Richmond to Earl Edward and Anna L. Horigan Stolle and lived here all his life.

Ron formerly worked at Ahaus Tool Company, Knowles Tool Company, Boston Tool Company, Nixon Tool Company, and Arnett Tool Company. In 1983 he started his own business with his wife and retired in 2022. He was a 1971 graduate of Richmond High School and Ivy Tech State College and a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church.  In 2018 he received a donor's heart.

Survivors include his wife Carol who he married on September 11, 1976, spending their 25th wedding anniversary in Hawaii. In addition to his wife Ron is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Danny and Teresa Marcum, his close friends who he enjoyed taking trips with Darrell and Elsie Bragg, and David and Geneva Rush. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Tom Stolle. Ron's family would like to thank Ambassador Healthcare and their dialysis unit for the good care he received.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Deacon Jim Miller and Rev. Anthony White officiating. The burial for Ron will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
