Obituary

Rodney Gray left this world, a humble Servant of God. He proudly served his country in the Air Force, his community as a Firefighter, and by volunteering to feed the hungry through Rock Solid Ministries, his Fellowship Baptist Church family as a Worship Leader and a Deacon, his family as a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather.

Rodney defined love without condition, in the way that he served the Lord and the world around him. The hole left behind can only be described as "Rodney sized" by those who knew him best.

Survived by his beautiful, Queen bride, Lisa Amyx-Gray, and his beloved children and grandchildren John (Karen) Isaac and Logan, Ian (Aimee) and Jackson, Charlie (Becca) and Dominic, Reid, Melody, Saraya and Brennan, Austin (Angela), Riley, Mia, Oliver, his sister, Kim (Dave) Nashif. So many others Rodney knew as family that are too many to mention. He loved each one dearly.

Funeral services with military honors will be at 11: 00 A.M. Monday, November 29, 2021, at Fellowship Baptist Church 655 Salisbury Road Richmond with Rev. David McQueen officiating. Burial will be in the Dayton National Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Sunday, November 28, 2021, at the church. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
