Rickie JoAnn Mann age 68 of Richmond died unexpectedly on July 4, 2023, at Reid Health. She was born June 25, 1955, in Richmond to James and Margaret Kendall Hobbs and lived in Richmond all her life. She retired from Walmart and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. JoAnn's family would like to thank Reid Health 5 East, the Residency Clinic, and Reid Hospice for the care they gave her during her time in the hospital.

Survivors include her two children Melissa (Shanda Hall) Saylor and Ernie Mann Jr. (Jerica Gadd), five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one brother James (Rosie) Hobbs, and nieces and nephews.

Her husband Ernest L. "Ernie" Mann died on August 14, 2021. In addition, she is preceded in death by her parents and one sister Shirley Caplinger, and her pet dog Rocky.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Burial will be at Spring Lawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio.
