Randy Robert Gilliam 60 of Richmond, died February 4, 2021, at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born February 5, 1960, in Indianapolis to Robert and Sally Gilliam. He worked as a tile contractor and was an Army veteran. He enjoyed being with his grandsons, hunting, and his Harley-Davidson Motorcycles.

Randy is survived by his wife of 16 years Sheri, two daughters Miranda and Lindsey Gilliam, four grandsons Austin, Joseph, Milton, and Oliver.
