Rand C. McCammon 56 of Richmond passed away November 1, 2021, at Reid Health after complications due to COVID-19. He was born June 10, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio to D'Ellis and Norma J. Fossett McCammon; he lived in Charlotte, NC., before moving to Richmond seven years ago.

He was a chef who was very health conscience and regimented.

When you met Rand he would make you laugh in the first 10 min, then try to cook you a meal; after meeting Rand, you knew you had met a friend for life.

He is survived by his six brothers and sisters Jeannine Boyer of Zanesville, Ohio, Jennifer Hall, Judy Hall of Columbus, Ohio, Rych McCammon of Columbus, Ohio, Dennis McCammon of Worthington, Ohio, Sean McCammon of Richmond; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews.

The family would like to thank everyone for their many thoughts, prayers, and condolences during this time.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 12 years Barbera.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
