Phillip Todd Bailey 45 of Richmond passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2024. He was born July 12, 1978, in Richmond to Donald and Annabelle Allen Bailey and lived here all of his life.

Phillip was a kind soul who never met a stranger and was willing to help in any way he could.

He worked as a cook at the Iron Skillet; he also worked at the 4th Street fair and farmers market selling jewelry.

He is survived by his three brothers James Bailey, and Mark (April) Bailey both of Richmond, Cameron (Jamie) Arnett of Moraine, Ohio, three nephews Mark (Hannah) Bailey, Justin Bailey, and Canaan Arnett, one great nephew Easton Bailey, one great niece McKinley Bailey.

He is preceded in death by his parents who both died in 2022.

Services will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 14, 2024, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor John Shepherd officiating; friends may call from 1:00 pm to 3:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
