Paul E. Frame Jr. 84 of Richmond died Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Arbor Trace Health Center after an extended illness. He was born February 9, 1939, in New Castle to Paul and Mildred Baker Frame and lived in Wayne County all his life. He formerly worked as a building contractor with his father and retired as owner of Richmond Aluminum.

He was an Army veteran and attended 1st Baptist Church. He enjoyed antique cars, motorcycles, motorsports, and tractor-pulling.

Survivors include his wife Darlene, three daughters Kelly (Julio) Morales of Columbus, Ohio, Alissa Frame of Richmond, and Paula Kay (Darren) King of Centerville, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by one daughter Louann Frame, his parents, and one brother Jack L. Frame.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Martin Holman officiating. Paul's burial will be in Abington Cemetery with military honors. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
