Patricia A. Noe 91 of Richmond died peacefully on June 21, 2021, at home surrounded by her family. She was born June 10, 1930, in Richmond to Robert Kenneth Frame and Crystal Allee Fields and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter Sandra K. (Bill) Petty, three grandchildren Jennifer (Mike) Gaddis, Alysen Cox, and Jonathan (Nikki) Petty, nine great-grandchildren, her brother-in-law Elmer Noe one niece, and one nephew. Her husband Thomas A. Noe died on September 23, 2006. Her son John Noe died in 1980. She is also preceded in death by her parents, her half-brother Larry Fields, and one nephew.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday, June 25, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Hodgkin officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Gratis, Ohio.
