O. Richard (Dick) Arthur, age 90, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Forest Park Health Campus.  He was born on March 8, 1933, to Willard and Alice Arthur in New Paris, OH.  Dick was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Dana Corporation after working for 32 years in management and sales.  He was a member of the Central Methodist Church.  He enjoyed camping, model railroads, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Florence Garvin Arthur.  He is also survived by his son Greg (Elese) Arthur, daughters Deborah (Jim) Henning, Duana (Fred) Drew, and Darcy Arthur, ten grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Jean Petrauskas, brother David Arthur, and grandson Shad Hickey.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
