Nancy Jolene Ringenberg 72 of Richmond passed away on April 30, 2022. She was a loving wife, daughter, wonderful mother, and grandmother who always went above and beyond in helping those around her. She absolutely doted on her grandkids and adored her family.

She was born on July 25, 1949, in Richmond and graduated from Richmond High School. She was married to Stephen Ringenberg for the past 23 years and worked as an administrative assistant in real estate for Kyle Tom.

She was preceded in death by her father Elmer Wines. She is survived by her mother Shirley Wines-Smith, her husband Stephen Ringenberg, her sons, Jason (Jenny) Wigger and Aaron Wigger, her grandchildren Jaiden Wigger, Jasmine Wigger, Jayce Wigger, and Jaylynn Christian, her brothers William Wines and Mark Wines, and a large extended family.
