Nancy Roberta May Gray Smith 84, of Richmond, passed away February 26, 2021, at Rosebud Village after a long illness. She was born January 20, 1937, in Richmond to Charles and Lucy Davis Gray and lived in this area most of her life.

Nancy retired from Nettle Creek Industries where she worked as a seamstress.

She also practiced the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her daughter Cynthia (David) Breeden of Richmond, two sons Bob Wardlow of Portland, Darren (Kim) Smith of Richmond; eight grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Sandy Wardlow, ten brothers Lester, Charles, Don, Perry, Lavern, Bill, Henery, George, Levie, Carl, one sister Edna.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 4, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Fletcher Callahan officiating; burial will be in Cherry Grove Cemetery in Lynn, Indiana.
