It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Michelle Nicole Jones, born in Richmond, Indiana on the 11th day of September in the year 1978, passed away in the late hours of the 8th day of January in the year 2025 in Economy, Indiana.

Michelle lived a life that was full of just that- life. A beautiful sense of wonder, zest, and love followed wherever she went and could be felt by anyone she met. She was equal parts strong, independent, and feisty- yet had a nurturing and gentle center not seen by many, but could always be felt by the people she loved and held close to her heart.

At her best, there was nothing quite like watching her doll up for a night on the town, listening to her sing her favorite pieces of music, pushing the envelope of fashion and beauty, and sharing her belly-laugh-inducing humor, among so many other special moments she shared with those close to her.

Later in life, she was known for her love of cooking, a passion that brought joy to her and those around her. One day, aspiring to start her own restaurant or food truck.

Her resilience, spirited nature, and passion for others were defining qualities that will be deeply missed and cherished. She left a lasting impression on everyone she came in contact with. Michelle's memory lives on forever in her children; her daughter, Jade Westerfield (age 18), and her son, Austin Lines (age 22). Also remembered by: her mother, Jackie Varvel; her three siblings: Erica Wilson, Jennifer Jones, and Brian McCubbins; Also fondly remembered by her cherished fiancé, Bill Blumer; as well as her nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and present-day since childhood best friend, Angel Horn. May her memory be a light for every person who shared the honor of loving her for all she was.
