Michael "Mike" Worley age 68 of Centerville died Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Reid Health. He was born April 4, 1956, in Richmond to Eugene R. and Rena Thompson Worley and lived here all his life. He was the owner and manager of the Brookside Laundry.

Survivors include his sister Darla (Gene) Rogers of Centerville, his nieces and nephews April Earwood, Dusty Lipscomb, Zach Ziegler, Kim Schweinhagen, Jimmy, Kevin Rogers, Doug Rogers, and James Rogers, his great nieces and nephews, and his friend and co-worker Chris Sayres. He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Sheila Stump, one brother Eddie Worley, and one niece Amy Hicks. Mike's family wishes to thank Reid Oncology and Hospice for their care and support.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 13, 2024, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev . James Girdley officiating.  A private committal will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
