Michael A. Bell 51 of Richmond died on April 10, 2023, at his home. He was born April 5, 1972, to Arthur and Judith Webb Bell and lived here all his life. He formerly worked at Knollenberg's Department Store and was a graduate of Richmond High School and a member of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.

Survivors include his wife Artina, and his father Arthur Bell, one brother John Bell, two sisters Angela (Duane) Reed and Juliana (Rick) Wilson, and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Judith Bell.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 15, 2023, at St. Mary's Church with Rev. Sengole Ganaraj officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
