Michael Bane 67 of Richmond passed away April 13, 2022, at Parkview Hospice after a short illness. He was born February 6, 1955, in Richmond to Charles and Catherine Paradiso Bane and lived here most of his life.

He worked for Dunham-Lear, Wayne Works, White Water Construction, and Spurrier Auto Body.

He enjoyed working on cars, drag racing, fishing, and traveling.

Michael is survived by his three children Jeremy Bane of Richmond, Stacey (Pete) Laughlin of Ft. Wayne, Krista (Dave) Gilbert of Richmond, seven grandchildren Alston, Courtney, Ryan, Josh, Lily, Luke, Michael, one sister Sue Downing, one brother Steve Bane both of Richmond; long time friend Jim Snow, several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Deborah Bane.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Martin Holman officiating; burial will be in Goshen Cemetery.
