Melissa Ann Julien 66 of Richmond passed away March 9, 2026 at Reid Health after a short illness. She was born October 30, 1959 in Richmond to Glenna Skinner Ayres and lived here most of her life.

She worked at the Richmond State Hospital and at Stride Rite Shoes.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years William Julien, her son Brandon Julien.

She is preceded in death by her mother, her sister Mary Abner, her brother Doug Abner.
