Marilyn Joan Crouse age 86 of Richmond died May 15, 2024, at her home. She was born February 4, 1938, in Richmond to Stanley and Mary Williamson Shafer and lived here all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Living Faith Church of God.

Survivors include her children Stephanie (Robert) Doolin, Duane (Tammie) Troutwine, Jeff (Melinda) Troutwine, Steve Troutwine, Beth (Mark) Collins, and James Troutwine, 11 grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren, one sister Lela (Rick) McKinney, nieces and nephews. Her husband Mancil Crouse, her parents, and one sister Carol Bradley preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 24, 2024, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with burial in Goshen Cemetery and officiated by Rev. Doug Wheeler.
