Lucinda D. Norton Evans 61 of Richmond died March 12, 2021, at I.U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born July 4, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, lived in Eaton Ohio and had lived in Richmond for 15 years. She worked as a Paralegal and Paramedic and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Lucinda is survived by her daughter Terrisa-Lynn Etta Pearl Evans and several friends. She is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather Carol and Jim Carico.

Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to help with expenses payable to the funeral home.
