Leslie A. Rasner 56 of New Lisbon died October 29, 2023 at I.U. Health Ball Hospital in Muncie after a short illness. She was born March 30, 1967 in Richmond to Leonard and Margaret Pence Shaffer Jr. and lived in the Richmond area all her life. She was a 1985 Graduate of Centerville High School and worked as a beautician at the House of Style. Leslie loved being with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed crafts and was a fan of the Cincinnati Reds and the Tennessee Titans.

Leslie is survived by her husband of 22 years Paul, two sons Cameron Kirkland (Kristan Maiden), and Hunter Nickel ( Olivia Graham), six grandchildren, her mother Margaret Shaffer, three sisters Kelly (Chad) Niccum, Makeighla Shaffer, and Savannah Shaffer, nieces and nephews, and her sister and brother in law LaDonna and Steve White. She is preceded in death by her father Leonard Shaffer Jr., her grandparents Lawrence and Mildred Pence, and her mother in law Mildred Rasner.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday November 4, 2023 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home. Burial will be in Abington Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
