Kenneth Dean Owens, 55, of Richmond, died December 15, 2025, at his home. He was born February 6, 1970, in Richmond to Kenneth Leroy Owens and Judy Chasteen Owens, and lived here all his life. He previously worked in manufacturing.

Survivors include his mother, Judy Owens; his father, Kenneth Leroy Owens; one brother, Carl (Kim Landis) Owens; one sister, Jill Owens; one nephew, Jordan McNew; two nieces, Logan McNew and Cristina Cook. He is preceded in death by one sister, Lisa Cook, his stepfather, Carlos Owens, and one nephew, Justin Cook.

Funeral services will be private with burial in Earlham Cemetery. There will be no public calling.
