Katherine L. McCoy, 84, of Richmond, passed away on November 17, 2025, at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. She was born August 30, 1941, in Richmond to Harry and Hazel Smith McCoy and lived here all of her life.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her three children, Linda Jones, Doug Jones, and Jason Jones, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three children, James Jones, Aaron Jones, and Lucinda Henson; twelve brothers and sisters.

Graveside services will be 1:00PM Wednesday November 26, 2025 at Goshen Cemetery. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
