June Boggs, 87, of Centerville passed away June 16, 2025, at Ambassador Healthcare in Centerville. She was born June 1, 1938, in Orlando, Kentucky, to Taylor and Louisa Jones Mullins and lived in Centerville most of her life.

June loved singing and playing her guitar, reading, crocheting, spending time with her grandchildren, and doing crossword puzzles. She had the best sense of humor and outlook on life.

June is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Jesse Boggs Jr., her son Danny Boggs, one sister Rosie Stover of Florida, and two brothers, Jim Mullins of Virginia, and Leroy Mullins of Richmond.

She is survived by her daughter Julie Suttle (Todd) of Richmond, IN, her son Jerry Gabbard (Dixie) of Eaton, OH, as well as her six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed. We want to extend our thanks and appreciation for the great care June received at Ambassador Healthcare.

Services will be 12:00 PM Monday, June 23, 2025, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, with Rev. David McQueen officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
