Judy Toney 70 of Richmond passed away on February 4, 2025, at the Willows of Richmond. She was born December 11, 1954, in Richmond to Jack and Ernestine Bass Robinson and lived here all of her life.

Judy graduated from Richmond High School in 1973. She was outgoing and loved spending time with family and friends; she enjoyed playing cards and listening to Rock N Roll Music.

She retired from the Richmond State Hospital where she worked in dietary.

Judy is survived by her three sons Brent Toney, Travis (Melissa) Toney, and Zack Toney all of Richmond; six grandchildren Trenton, Karissa, Jordan, Bryce, Kristina, Jasmine, and Neveah; three great-grandchildren Delilah, Quinn, and Brinnley, three brothers James Robinson, Kenneth Robinson, Dennis Robinson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters Brenda Robinson, and Sharon Sheets.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
