Juanita P. Wilburn 83 of Richmond died January 25, 2022, after an extended illness. she was born February 17, 1938, in Richmond to Fred Philhower and Thedis Hollingsworth Durham and lived here all her life. Juanita retired as a nurse's aide.

Survivors include her four children Patricia Shoffner, Theresa (Randy) Boswell, James Bratton, and Steven (Pamela) Bratton, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Curtis Wilburn, her parents, and her brother Fred Philhower.
