Juanita Harper 89 of Payne, Ohio passed away January 17, 2021, at the Gardens of Paulding in Paulding, Ohio. She was born June 10, 1931, in Lee County, Kentucky to Sidney Green and Lillie Mae Conley Farmer and lived in Richmond most of her life.

Juanita worked at Hills Roses before her marriage to her husband John; after which she kept the home and fulfilled her duties as the Farmer Family Matriarch.

She is survived by her son Michael (Sandra) Harper of Payne, Ohio, four grandchildren Stacey (Scott) Wolke, Scott, Jonathan, Quinton Harper, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband John who died in 2000, her son Danny Harper who died in 2017, her daughter in law Rosita who died in 2019, eight brothers Palmer, William Conley, Charles, Earl, Grant, John, Gene, and Ishmiel Farmer; five sisters Maggie Franklin, Jeanette Huff, Letha Morris, Luann Denton, Josephine Burton.

Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 22, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Harper officiating; burial will be in Greens Fork South Cemetery in Greens Fork, Indiana. Friends may call from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Visitation will be limited to 25 people, at a time, in accordance with restrictions for COVID-19 and all visitors are required to wear masks. Memorial contributions may be made at www.kidney.org .
