Joyce Elaine Atkins-Conway age 89 of Connersville formerly of Richmond died March 1, 2024, at Hickory Creek of Connersville. She was born October 7, 1934, to Samuel Porter and Hester Ridout Atkins. She retired from the Dietary Department at Richmond State Hospital. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons George (Stephanie), Tim Case, and Gene Case, her grandchildren Adam Case, Aaron Case, Dylan Conway, Jarrett Case, Sarah Case, Hannah Austin Case, one brother Don (Shirley) Atkins, one sister Sharen Schwartz, several nieces and nephews. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Leroy Atkins, and one sister Sharon Schwartz.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 11, 2024, at Dale Cemetery in Dale Cemetery.. There will be no public visitation. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com.
