Joseph "Joe" Brockman 49, of Richmond, Indiana passed away peacefully at his home on March 17 ^th , 2021. He was born January 1 ^st , 1972, to Fletcher and Eleanor "Jean" Massey Brockman. Joe was a 1991 graduate of Richmond High School.

He was a lifelong resident of Richmond and worked various jobs including the Sanitation Department, TBK America, and Vandor. Joe enjoyed roller skating, fishing, dirt track races, and listening to KISS.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Fletcher and Jean Brockman of Richmond, one son, Jacob Brockman (Allie Darr) of Richmond, one sister Patricia (Robert) Hollingsworth of Richmond, two brothers Timothy Brockman (Bootsie Scalf) of Somerset, KY and Jerry (Jennifer) Brockman of Richmond, several nieces and nephews; his former wife Dory Brockman, special friend Gretchen Belcher, several extended family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, March 22 ^nd , 2021 at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastors John Shephard and Alton Hale officiating; burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home in honor of Joe.
