Jeffrey Paul Skinner,72, of Richmond died Thursday January 23, 2025 at Reid Health. He was born December 29, 1952 in Richmond and lived here most of his life. He worked at the Eastern Indiana Employment and Training Office and with Richmond Community Schools. He was a member of the Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. He was a 1971 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and graduated from Ball State University.

Survivors include his wife Cathy, two children Gabriel (Eric) Pollitt and Katie (Craig Nicholson) Crowe, five grandchildren Lincoln Crowe, Kylie Crowe, Eleiase Nicholson, Bennett Crowe, and Lukas Pollitt, one brother Marc Skinner, two sisters Nancy Pipes, and Lisa Bruce, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Suzanne Cain.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday February 4, 2025 at St. Andrew's Church. Burial will follow in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on Tuesday at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home.
