Janice Darlene Krall Dixon, 67, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2025, at Riverview Hospital under hospice care after a brief illness.

She was born on June 23, 1957, to Otto and Lula Kral,l who resided in Richmond most of their lives.  She was a graduate of RHS, class of 1975.  She later relocated to Ohio and lived in various places until moving to Indianapolis to be near her sister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gregory.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Candice Dixon Charles; sister, Sheryl Krall Terzini; 2 nephews, Jameson (Kimmy) Terzini, Jon (Amanda) Terzini; nieces, Abbey (Rodrick) Terzini and Caitlyn; 2 grandsons, Corey and Colby.

She loved animals, especially cats, and referred to herself as the cat whisperer. She enjoyed all types of music and talked with people in the assisted living facility and nursing home where she last resided.

There will be a small family graveside service later in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.  The family thanks Suburban Hospice Care and Maple Park Village for their care and help, and Stegall Berheide Orr for helping with arrangements.
