Janet Seifer 63, of Richmond, passed away April 13, 2021, at her home after a long illness. She was born May 7, 1957, in Richmond to John Whitaker and Elizabeth Johnson and lived here most of her life.

She worked in several factories around the area including Fresh America where she was a supervisor; she also worked for Rose City Taxi as a dispatch coordinator and at several convenience stores around the area.

Janet was a member of the Calvary Alliance Church in Ohio.

She is survived by her two children B.J. Seifer, Jamie Seifer both of Richmond, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two sisters Marilyn, Sheila, several nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband William "Billy" Seifer, two brothers, and sisters.
