Janet L. Carey's Obituary
Janet L. Carey, 74, of Richmond died Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Reid Health. She was born February 5, 1946, in Detroit, Michigan to Jess M. and Georgia M. Trisler Stevenson. She retired as the Office Manager for Tom Raper Homes. Janet was a member of Alliance Bible Church.
Janet is survived by two daughters, Leanne (Joshua) Orman of Marshall, Illinois and Christy Carey of Richmond; two grandchildren Michaela (Nolan) Miller and Ethan Orman; brother-in-law Ronald Baldwin; cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Sandra Baldwin, nephew Jeffrey Baldwin, and aunt Maude (Clyde) Trisler Rayle.
Private funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2020, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Pastor Reuben Dunckel officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery. With Covid19 restrictions, friends may call 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family via the guest book at stegallberheideorr.com .
