James Duane Balthis 62 of Eaton passed away January 27, 2024. He was born November 12, 1961, in Richmond to James F. and Janice Spencer Balthis.

He was a Marine Corps. veteran.

James was a carpenter and worked in the construction industry most of his life.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years Sondra Balthis, four children Sarah (Cory) Craft of Maryland, Jamie Balthis of Arizona, Mike (Tonia Collins) Keesling of Eaton, Ernie (Danielle Turner) Jones of Richmond, twelve grandchildren, one brother Billy Balthis of Richmond, one sister Sherri (Jeff) Sheehy of Richmond, several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.
