Iva Cleo "Tatty" Scheiben 87 of Richmond passed away June 29, 2024, in her home after a short illness. She was born August 20, 1936, in Frakes, Kentucky to Hodge and Lily Jones Partin and lived in this area most of her life.

She retired from GTE.

She is survived by her five children Vaughn Scheiben of Lynn, Sabrina Harmon of Noblesville, Tim Scheiben of Greenfield, Veronica (Johnny) Welch of New Castle, Richard Scheiben of Richmond, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother Gene Partin of Edgerton, Ohio and two nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
