Hubert "Pat" Patten Ervin 66 of Richmond died after a long illness on November 9, 2024. He was born September 6, 1958, in Richmond, Indiana to Earl and Colleen Murray Ervin. He was a Richmond High School graduate. Pat worked many jobs throughout his life and eventually retired. Pat spent a lot of time listening to bluegrass music and watching his favorite TV shows. He loved spending time with his family and caring for his feline babies, Tiny and Tom. Pat is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brother Ron Ervin and sister-in-law Stephanie Ervin, and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and his great-great nieces and nephews who he dearly treasured Cayenne (Marqus) Mills, Michelle (Rene) Velasco, Bob (Marla) Rankin, Lanny Fultz. Mike (Amber) Fultz, Lane Fultz, Dillon Fultz, Hunter Gray, CJ (Jessica) Gray, Mady, Milli, Elianah, Chaycee, NyNy, Portland, Zeekie, Christopher, Paxton and IdaLeigh.Special Friends Shaun "Rerun" and Billie Ropp, Page Ropp, Shaun Ropp Jr., Jeff and Rene Miller.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Valley Grove Cemetery in Milton, Indiana. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Service is handling arrangements.
