Honer Daniel "Dan" Howard 65 of Richmond died August 14, 2020. He was born March 5, 1955 in Richmond to Homer and Opal Parsons Howard and lived here all his life. He worked as an Over the Road Truck Driver and was a veteran of the National Guard.

Survivors include his two daughters Ashley (Matthew) Garrard of Richmond and Rebecca (Sean) Crouse of West Alexandria, Ohio, his son Timothy Howardfour granddaughters, and one brother Jeff Howard of Berea, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his parents.
