Henry Hawkins 71 of Richmond passed away January 8, 2025 at Rosebud Village after a long illness. He was born November 9, 1953 in Richmond to Henry B. and Barbara Jean Cain Hawkins and lived here all of his life.

Henry worked as a farmer and enjoyed gardening; he was a born storyteller.

He is survived by his long time companion of 30 years Evelyn Hiatt, four brothers and sisters Morgan Lee Hawkins, Nancy Kay McFarland, James Edward Hawkins and Cindy Lynn Cook; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Raymond Jay Hawkins.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home is handling the services .
