Hazel Smith age 90 of Richmond died August 11, 2024 at Arbor Trace. She was born October 20, 1933 in Jep Hill, Kentucky to Arthur and Sarah Kindrick Daugherty. She retired from Visteon in Connersville.

Hazel is survived by her three children Patricia (David) Moore, Keith (Kimberly) Smith, and Mark (Melinda) Smith, her grandchildren Ava Smith, Logan Smith, Chad Moore, Brian (Kim) Moore, Lisa (Craig) Webster, and Ryan Smith, her great-grandchildren Matthew and Mandy Moore and Alaina and Cailene Webster, two sisters Bertha Lakes and Elsie Ingram, nieces and nephews. Her husband Cecil Smith died October 7, 2004.
