Harold Eugene Ramey was born November 1, 1932, and passed away January 27, 2023, at the age of 90.  He was born the first of four children to Jesse Eugene Ramey and Mary Elizabeth Ramey (McKee) near Easley South Carolina.  Harold served in the Navy during the Korean conflict.  He had two sons Tony and Tim by his second wife Joan (Wolsleger) and helped raise her two daughters Deborah and Pamela.  He eventually married Patricia (Dare) and became close to her children, among whom were Mark Woodlief and Rhonda Stockton.

Harold attended the Georgia Institute of Technology.  He worked many years for Western Union telegraph company as a technical trainer, and later as the supervisor of a training facility in Los Angeles California.  He worked for a number of other telecommunications companies past the age of 80.

Harold was raised by a family who believed in the Lord Jesus Christ.  His last wife Patsy was instrumental in helping him come to faith later in life.  We look forward to seeing him again in heaven.  Harold was predeceased by his father, mother, his sister Martha, and his wives Joan and Patsy.  He is survived by his brother Bill, his sister Sandy, his sons Tony (Debbie) and Tim (Kim), Joan's children Deborah and Pamela, his stepson Mark (Krista) who is Patsy's adopted son, Patsy's daughter Rhonda, and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
