Glen Ward Lee Jr., 78, of Richmond, Indiana, passed away on June 7, 2024.

Born in Indianapolis on March 31, 1945, to the late Dr. Glen Ward Lee Sr. and Edith Anne Lee, and brother to Lucinda Evans, of Hendersonville, KY. Glen graduated from Richmond Senior High School in 1964, received his Bachelors from Indiana University East, and was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Glen was known to his family and close friends as Rusty for his red hair. He was a great fan of adventure and occasional mischief. His favorite stories to tell involved flying, skydiving, sailing, and skiing. During his time as a flight instructor, he met his wife of 45 years, Ann Lee, who passed before him in February of 2024. In a time when emotional expression was not often celebrated in men, he was deeply caring to his family, friends, and especially animals.

He was a devoted father to his two daughters, Elizabeth (Tom) Gentry of Jacksonville, Florida, and Suzanne Lee of Chicago, Illinois, and delighted in his time with his two grandsons, Adam and Samuel.

For those who knew him and wish to celebrate his life, arrangements are entrusted to Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home in Richmond. The calling will be at 12:30 pm, followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm officiated by Pastor Brian Mackie on Wenesday, June 26, 2024.

The family would like to especially thank the hospice team at AseraCare for their compassionate care during Glen's final days. They'd also like to thank their family and friends for their support and prayers.
